Estimate and project-planner forms may collect your name, phone number, email address, project address or ZIP code, community, project type, dimensions, existing surface, finish preference, access notes, drainage concerns, desired timing, written details, and optional photos.
How we use project information
We use submitted information to review your request, understand the project site and scope, contact you about the project, and prepare appropriate follow-up. We may also use technical request information to protect the forms from spam and abuse.
Sharing and service partners
We may share information with service partners that help us operate the website, deliver communications, or support the work you requested, only as needed for those purposes. We do not sell personal information.
Photos
Do not upload faces, license plates, financial documents, or unrelated personal information. Project photos may be included with your request and used to understand the site. Photos will not be published without separate permission.
Analytics and attribution
If website analytics are enabled, the site may record page interactions and conversion events. A project request may include its landing page, referrer, source URL, UTM campaign parameters, and submission time. Form-field contents are not intentionally sent to analytics.
Security and retention
The forms use input validation, file limits, spam controls, and basic rate limiting. No internet transmission is completely secure. We retain project information only as long as reasonably needed to respond, provide service, meet legal obligations, and maintain business records.
Your choices
You may choose not to submit optional information or photos. To ask about access, correction, or deletion of information connected with a request, use the project form and state “privacy request” in the details.
